Terms of Service

You also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). Where these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA controls.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area, or the age of digital consent where you live) to use Nourio. By creating an account, you confirm you meet that requirement.

• You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate someone else.
• You can sign out, edit your name, export your data, or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & data inside the App.

Nourio lets you save and organize recipes you find on TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and the web. When you share a link into the App, we fetch the public page and extract ingredients, steps, and timing for your personal library.

Extraction is done by an AI model. The content of the page you share is sent to Google's Gemini model on Google Cloud Vertex AI, which returns the structured recipe. AI extraction is imperfect: it can misread a quantity, miss a step, or garble a method. Always check the recipe against the original source before you cook, and take particular care where allergies or dietary restrictions are involved. You can edit any field by hand. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is sent and to whom.

• You own what you save. Recipes, notes, and collections you create in Nourio remain yours.
• You give us a limited licence. So we can run the App, you grant Nourio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process your content on your behalf. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
• You confirm you have the right to save the content you save. Don't use Nourio to store material that infringes someone else's rights or violates the law.

Recipes saved into Nourio originate from third-party platforms. We retrieve only what those platforms make publicly available. We are not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, or any other platform, and those platforms' own terms govern your use of them. If a creator asks us to remove a recipe attributed to them, we will.

Nourio Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the Apple App Store. By starting a subscription you agree to the following:

• Plans. Nourio Pro is offered as a yearly plan, which includes a free trial for new subscribers, or a monthly plan without a trial. The exact price, currency, and trial length for your region are always the ones shown on the subscription screen in the App and on the App Store at the moment you subscribe — those prevail over any figure quoted elsewhere.
• Free trial. If you start a free trial, you are not charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price shown.
• Auto-renew. Your subscription renews automatically for the same term and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancellation. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, or via this link: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Billing. All charges are processed by Apple. Nourio never sees your card details.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard refund policy. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. EU/EEA consumers have additional statutory rights under local consumer law.
• Price changes. If we change the subscription price, Apple will notify you and ask you to consent before the new price applies.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code, except where the law allows.
• Use the App to harass others, infringe IP, distribute malware, or break the law.
• Scrape, automate, or abuse the recipe extraction service beyond normal personal use.
• Resell, rent, or sublicense access to the App.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

We work hard to keep Nourio running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change or be removed. Recipe extraction depends on third-party platforms that sometimes change without notice.

Nourio is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Any recipe content you save is for personal cooking use; verify ingredients yourself, especially regarding allergies or dietary restrictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nourio and Noesis App Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) €50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for gross negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights).

• You can stop using the App at any time and permanently delete your account from Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. Deleting your account erases your recipes immediately and cannot be undone. It does not cancel your subscription — cancel that separately in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Apple will continue to bill you.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if continuing to provide the App becomes legally or technically impractical.
• On termination, your right to use the App ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive.

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we'll notify you in the App and update the effective date above. Continuing to use Nourio after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cyprus, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
